It had been a series of momentous and glorifying activities that woke the spirit of Cooperativism among all enjoining cooperatives during Cooperative Month 2023!
PERA Multipurpose Cooperative (PERA MPC) took part in the synchronous Cooperative Month activities organized by the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), in partnership with the City and Municipal Cooperative Development Councils, which stimulate camaraderie and collaboration in adherence to this year’s Coop Month theme, “Cooperatives: Pioneering the Path to Recovery Amidst Modern Challenges of Climate Change and Food Security”. This month-long celebration served as a platform for cooperatives across the nation to come together and celebrate their achievements, contributions, and impact on the society.
As a prominent cooperative in the country, PERA MPC showcased its commitment to fostering economic growth, social development, and community empowerment by joining in the conduct of Feeding Program, Tree Planting, and other various activities across the country. The Coop Month opportune PERA MPC to highlight its accomplishments and share best practices with other cooperatives that were made possible through the solid support of its employees, Top Management, and Board of Directors.
Among the notable culmination activities are the Yelling Competition, in which PERA MPC claimed the third spot, Zumba Competition, Kubo Contest, Sayawang and Kantahang 80's Contest, and many more of the frabjous recreations.
