Conducted last October 16 to 18, 2024, the PERA Multipurpose Cooperative conducted its Workshop for the Strategic Plan 2025-2029 at PERA MPC Training Center in Brgy 2, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur. This crucial initiative, led by the National Confederation of Cooperatives (NATCCO), was designed to equip the leadership team of the Cooperative with essential tools and insights to navigate towards growth and sustainability.
The workshop featured active participation from the Top Management, Board of Directors, and Division Heads, harnessing their collective expertise to align strategies with the evolving needs of our cooperative and its members. By engaging in this collaborative planning process, the Cooperative aimed to enhance our decision-making capabilities, establish clear objectives, and plot a comprehensive path towards the long-term vision, while steadfastly upholding the Cooperative values.
With a dedicated leadership team fostering strategic alignment and a commitment to addressing the dynamic needs of the Cooperative and its members, PERA MPC is well-positioned to achieve its long-term vision.
