PERA Multipurpose Cooperative's recent team-building event, themed 3C’s "Connect, Collaborate, Conquer," brought together the employees for a day of energizing activities and team bonding. This biennial event aims to foster unity and cooperation among the staff, contributing to a more productive and harmonious work environment.
The day began with a lively Zumba session, setting the tone for a day full of engaging activities. The event allowed employees to break the ice, work on team dynamics, and establish camaraderie among the different teams. Employees were divided into four teams - Azure Wolves, Crimson Lions, Golden Eagles, and Black Panthers - adding a fun and competitive element to the day, promoting friendly rivalry and team spirit. Each team's unique chant and yell further boosted morale and created a palpable sense of team identity and unity.
